With reservations for 30 and a word that we would all sit together, we all were at 3 different tables. The service was slow and not very receptive to or group. Our food came out cold after talking to 3 different people then finally the Very nicely decorated for the holidays, Wagu beef was delicious. Service was just ok. Waiter tried to say he did everything special just for us, Felt like we were being played. Our server Kenny was attentive and helpful.

My filet was cooked to perfection and I held a corporate dinner at Salatore's. The staff was fantastic and very accommodating. We had private room and it was very nice.

Free Coupons for salvatore's italian gardens

The prime rib was tasty and tender! The service was very attentive to details and very well done! We were celebrating our wedding anniversary with overnight at the Gardens. Then we were chastised for being late to restaurant. Food was just ok. Not what Salvators used to be. Service was good but sloooow. Breakfast at the Gardens was a joke. Juice machine was missing. I had yogurt and coffe. Will not return to Salvators ever. Didn't realize that the restaurant had recently been remodeled.

Seems like there's more dark wood trim now. We both had the salmon, which was very good. The desserts were included in the 3-course dinner option and were good, too. Service was better than last time e. Not acceptable for the amount of money that was spent at this establishment. We were not rushed and enjoyed the whole experience! Absolutely horrible from the very first minute!!

Not what it used to be. All other tables were complainig as well. The server was nice but never even apologized for the backup or offered anything!! This was my wedding dinner There was so much more we wanted to do!! Ordered a Blue rare steak and got a medium. Put us next to a table of 7 with 2 young kids.

Was with my wife for her birthday. Being long time satisfied customers of Salvatore's, we are surprised at the disappointment we felt during our most recent visit. Salvatore's still maintains the beauty and ambiance we expect, but the food was a disappointment. While the appetizers and salads were very good, my husbands' entree, prime rib, was a tough inferior piece of meat. I ordered the Salvatore's Classics with rice. The tiny piece of beef and the tortellini were good, not great.

The chicken was over done and dry with black, burned edges. I didn't eat it. The rice was very salty so I didn't eat that either and I love rice. The table we sat at was to long to carry on a conversation and to narrow to accommodate all plates, glasses etc. Our waiter however, I believe Giovanni was his name, was superb and a real asset to Salvatore's.

All other wait staff were very attentive as well. We did not mention our disappointment to anyone though we were asked, we are not complainers. Receiving this survey gave us a voice. Went for my wife's birthday, service and food was very good. We were there for a friend's birthday dinner. We had a great time and our server, Mychal, was amazing! I can't say enough about him - personable, friendly and very accommodating. Can't wait to go back!

Food and ambience

Enjoyed the birthday special with my family. As usual, delicious food and exceptional service! The food and service we're great. Everything was hot and fresh. The homemade dponge candy was devine.

I took my husband to Salvatore's for his birthday dinner. The food was incredible, and honestly some of the best we've ever had from anywhere. The atmosphere was wonderful and the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. We will definitely be returning for special occasions! Beautiful ambiance for date night. Providing car service to the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra is awesome. We were at Salvatore's for a birthday. We both has the mushroom soup as 1st course. I was not as good as prior visits. Presentation was nice but as cream base rather than broth base you don't get the nice effect of the melting Mascarpone cheese swirling through added broth.

Prime rib was delicious but potatoes were over done and flavorless.
